Beginner Ballet Class Workshop This workshop is designed for those who have always dreamed of learning ballet or want to revisit the basics in a supportive and fun environment. No prior dance experience is necessary—bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! What to Expect: This workshop introduces you to classical ballet's fundamental techniques and vocabulary. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the basics, including: Barre Exercises: Learn the essential warm-up routines that develop strength, flexibility, and proper alignment. -Center Work: Practice simple movements away from the barre to improve balance and coordination. -Across the Floor: Experience the joy of traveling steps and simple combinations that combine the --- --skills learned at the barre and center. -Posture and Poise: Emphasis on maintaining proper posture and poise, which are the hallmarks of ballet.
