Cancellation Policy

Group Class Policy • Reservations & Attendance: All group classes must be booked in advance through our website. Walk-ins are not accepted. • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class. This helps us manage class sizes and give other students a chance to join. • Class Start & Wait Times: If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the class if more than 20 minutes have passed, or you may be asked to come next week. This ensures the class stays on schedule and doesn’t disrupt other students. • Memberships: Only active memberships or valid class passes are accepted for entry. • Behavior & Safety: Respect instructors and fellow students.
